Your role

As a car rental agent, you will manage our customers' rental car experience from booking and pickup to return, as well as handle follow-ups and incoming inquiries.

Working hours

You and your colleagues will work on a rotating schedule where you will weekly shift between the following hours:

06:30-15:00

11:15-20:15

You will also work every other weekend.

The average weekly working time is 38.25 hours, as you will also work some public holidays.

Your tasks

• Customer meetings over the counter, via phone, and email.
• Actively work with needs analysis and upselling of SIXT products.
• Risk assessment.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Delivery of rental cars.
• Administrative tasks.

You have

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Category B driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Good computer skills.
